  • Hi Seph, the duplicates? Not yet completely. Already deleted about 4 thousand rows for a few posts. Planning to do it through phpmyadmin soon, just need to check if it’s safe to do, then I’ll see if syncing will be back to normal.

Here’s a screenshot of the custom fields in post editor so you’ll have an idea:

    Do you have something similar?

    Hey guys,

Seems like it is an issue from Disqus. See these threads #1 #2.

I have also contacted them regarding this, but no update (very poor support team).

100s of cron entries says that the cron job is not being completed properly. I will look into it and see if I can find a solution for this.

Thank you Joel for the update. I also posted there, but no replies whatsoever.

Regarding the cron, I noticed I had one instance of dsq_sync_forum when everything was fine, then it became 3 at about the time when syncing stopped working so I disabled it (syncing wasn’t working anyway) and then all the instances in the cron were gone.

Looking forward to your findings, thanks!

Hey there – is this plugin using a javascript called “countvars”? Because thats giving me a JS error. countVars is not defined.

Yes. It is not a library. It is just a JavaScript variable. Have you enabled comments count option?

Any news on that? Sometimes even comments aren’t synching at all sometimes. It seems totally broken.

    Hey Seph,

    I’m working on it ??

Btw, can you share the list of plugins you use (both active and inactive)? If you are not feeling safe to share it publically, use our contact form here.

I already did that, see above. ??

I think the issue is when you use caching plugin. Not sure if it is WP Rocket conflict.

@jcastillo: Are you using any caching plugins?

Yes Joel, I’ve been using W3 Total Cache for years.

    (@joelcj91)

Hmm. Can anyone of you just deactivate the caching plugin and see?
