Comment Spam in WP 2.8

    I tried to reply to a client comment using the ‘Quick Reply’ feature in the Comments section and received this auto message

    Error Your location has been identified as part of a reported spam network. Comments have been disabled to prevent spam.

    Duhhh?

    What is this? I am trying to write in my own blog?

    How do I turn this off – and worse still – why am I on a spam network?

    Is GoDaddy or Australia BANNED?
