Comment title gone after 7.x update

Hello,

It’s been a while since I’m having this issue. Before the major 7.x update, I had a title just before the comment text box “Would love your thoughts, please comment”.

In the phrases screen (translation screen) I still see “Would love your thoughts, please comment” and I have a corresponding translation for it, but after switching from 5.x to 7.x months ago, it disappeared.

How can I bring it back in 7.x
