Comment Widget Does Not Appear Under Post

  • On my homepage, the Post Comment Widget for viewers to post comments does not appear under my post. I think I lost it somehow. You have to click the little button ‘Leave a Comment’to reach it.
    On another page’my News page, the Post Comment Widget is available.
    I need assistance pls
