Commenting Plugin Help

My website NewJerseyRealEstateGuys.com requires a login for reader commenting. Its annoying because when it says “login” and you click it, it forwards you to a WordPress login. Is there a plugin where the username/password is Admin approved thru my site and not WordPress? Thanks
