Commenting problem

  • I have problem with my comment box.

    my comment box automatically closed after 14 days of published and currently the setting is set to “not automatically closed comment after 14 days”

    any idea what is wrong with my commenting box? thanks in advance guys..

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    no i haven’t because i am not really good at this at all.. i am a newbie about anything so yeah i am scared to touch 1 thing and might screwed everything else.. ??

    I’m sorry but this is part of the basic troubleshooting process.
