  • A) Do as above. This affects only ‘new’ comments on ‘new’ posts.

    B) Admin Dashboard>Posts>All Posts>Screen Options(upper right)> Change to 100 posts>Apply

    C) Next to the term ‘Title’ (upper left of this area)>Click check box to select all items (now 100 of xxx) in this list>Click Pull Down Menu ‘Bulk Actions’>Select ‘edit’>Click ‘Apply’>See section on right labeled ‘Comments’>From this pull down menu, select ‘do not allow’> click ‘Update’ button on right.

    D) 100 of xxx posts will now have comments turned off. See upper right for next page of posts list (2, 3, etc.) if more posts..repeat C.
