Comments are not coming

    Hello,
    I have Hiero by aThemes and a problem with the comment. Comments on my blog are not coming. At the beginning everything was fine, but after a month, people sent me comments. One comment came, three did not come. When someone wants to submit a comment in the comments form, remain the data from the previous sender. The name and the mail remain.
    I’ve tested the plugins and they do not work any interference. How do I fix this problem? Please help!

    Have you also tested the theme you are using? If not, try switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Seventeen, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
