• On my blog I want for people to be able to leave comments at the bottom of each post regardless if it is on my main “blog” page or accessed through the Recent Posts or the Tags area of the sidebar. At one time all this seemed to work seamlessly, but for some reason now I am getting some weird HTML code at the bottom of my Leave A Reply section and the form is messed up. The form for Leave a Reply is different on the main blog post page than it is on other pages and if you view the post from the recent tags search there is no way to Leave a Reply.

    I just simply want users to be able to comment on my posts, no matter how they navigate to them, and see other comments as well. Is this too hard to ask!??!?!

    Thanks for ANY help you can provide me!!!

  • The “weird HTML code” at the bottom of comment form is just a list of the tags that are allowed in comments. It’s part of the standard WordPress comment form. If you want to remove it, try adding:

    p.form-allowed-tags {display:none;}

    to your theme’s stylesheet.

    Wonderful Theme Diva! That worked! Thank you so very much. Now can you tell me how to fix the problem that I am having with the reply form…..check out this page…..https://lynnmotley.com/?page_id=131. See how the form fields are misaligned?!?!??! And then the same form is on this page…. https://lynnmotley.com/?p=759…… and the fields seem fine? A little confused?!?!?!

    Thanks again for the help!
