Comments "Auto-Import" not grabbing Fb Profile Images on 1 website

    I’m using SNAP on 2 websites.

    For some very strange reason, when comments are being imported from Facebook (there are tons), on ONE of my websites, it imports the person’s Facebook Profile photo & links to their Facebook account. THIS IS GOOD. (www.soyeg.club)

    However, on my second website, it DOESN’T import their Facebook profile photo nor does it link to their Facebook account??? NOT GOOD. (www.sudbury.club)

    Please help me. I have no idea why one is working perfectly, while the other is not.

    It would actually be okay for you to just reply and say “I don’t know”, rather than just completely ignoring this support question.

    What is the difference between your sites?

    If you don’t know. You need to disable everything you are using to alter standard WordPress functionality one by one until the second site starts to work. That will gibe you the answer you are looking for.

    They are nearly exact duplicates of one another. If you take a look, you will see this.

    If they were exact duplicates they would’ve worked the same.

    I am sorry, but you need to find out what is different. Our plugin behaves the same way everywhere. Something on your second site alters your functionality.
