Comments Available Only on Recent Posts Link

My first wordpress site is just a single blog. The blog is available at But at that main page there is no comments form. If I click on the link “Recent Posts” I get the same blog. But now the comments form is available. How can I have the comments form available at the main site without having to click on the link “Recent Posts” to see the comments form? Is it possible to just get the comments form when you navigate to the site? Thank you in advance for any insight!! – David
