Comments being cut short

Maybe one of your plugins is causing it?

Plugins we have active:

• Add Meta Tags
• CaptCha!
• Dean’s FCKEditor For WordPress
• Events
• Events Widget
• Secure and Accessible PHP Contact Form

Any of these look like they could be the problem? Or do we just have to go through and deactivate one at a time, then try posting a comment while logged in as a registered member, and see if we can isolate the problem?

Yes, that’s the usual troubleshooting method.
One more question, though: in your admin panel under Comments, can you see the whole comment or is it truncated there, too?

same prob here, but the only plugin i use from the list above is captcha!
