• Using mysitemyway’s echelon theme. Comments are enabled; text can be entered in comment box, but there is no “Submit” button. I’ve tried disabling all plugins, updating the theme (fails when uploading theme through Panel, so I guess I don’t know how to update a theme), reading support forums here and on mysitemyway (which doesn’t allow me to post there). This problem began about two weeks ago, as soon as I told 100+ friends, “My new blog is up.” Any help would be appreciated. I am not a web programmer, just a guy wanting to start a blog.

I’m sorry, Tara, but I don’t know what cPanel is or how to use it–even after trying to understand the information at the link you recommended. When I try to upload a .zip file of the most updated version of my theme (Echelon), I am informed, “upload fails…folder already exists.” My main issue remains: The text box to enter a reply is there but there is no button to submit the reply. I cannot seem to obtain true customer support from either WordPress or MySiteMyWay–only these discussion forums. Although I want to THANK you, Tara, and all you VOLUNTEER moderators. It’s frustrating to purchase a theme from MySiteMyWay but not be able to use it!!!

but I don’t know what cPanel is

you can also use FTP as described in the link I recommended in my previous reply.

If you have problem using any of these, then I suggest you contact your hosting provider for assistance.

If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

Thank you–unfortunately, the vendor’s only support is a forum like this. There is no “technical support” I can contact. ??
