“Comments closed” on a Page

I have been searching the forum for an answer and I haven’t found one. I am using WP2.3 and pages for my content. I have comments turned off but now on my pages I see comments closed AND no comments yet. I am just wondering how to remove this text because it is annoying. My website is https://un-blurred.org and if you click Domain, you will see what I am talking about. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
