Comments disabled but still there is this spam?

    So I have a very strange situation here. I have comments disabled on the main settings as well as on each individual page for my clients site. https://princetonhypnotherapywellness.com/
    theme is Pilcrow

    I also checked my comments in dashboard so i can delete these existing comments. but the strange thing is the comment count in dashboard says 0 comments and shows no comments to be edited.

    I have installed Askimet but it just doesn’t seem to make sense how come there is still a commenting box and all these comments on the site.

    Any suggestions?
