Comments does not seems..?

Dear members,
I can see all comments in admin panel. But site does’t show it. for example: https://www.evlenirik.biz/v3/her-seyde-bir-xeyir-var/ here is 20 comments.
P.S: 2 days ago I changed my host. I copied all of things and DB too. The comments seems at DB (with phpMyAdmin). And also in the bottom of site it’s writing there are 20 comments.
Who can help me?
