Comments don't add up properly

Love the theme!
One issue, though: The part stating how many ‘thoughts’ (i.e. comments) on a blog post seems to not function. For instance at https://kiwifoodie.co.nz/fukurou-patisserie-newmarket/ there are clearly 2 comments (or at least 1 comment and 1 reply to that comment) and it still says ‘0 thoughts on…’
