comments don't show

I bought PRO version and I get more and more frustrated with how I wasted my money.

I installed it once, had some problems, but finally it worked. I use Disqus and it imported comments perfectly.
Then, one day… NADA, stopped working. It installed it again, it detects facebook comments, says they’re downloaded but they don’t show in disqus discussion.
However, what’s strange now: there’s a note, just under the text saying for example “3 comments” – however you cannot see the comments, you cannot click on it to see the comments…
It wasn’t like that the first time.
