    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    I’m afraid that’s not possible yet. We’re working on adding more ways to customize the Jetpack Comment form in the future, but until that’s possible you won’t be able to add extra fields into that search form.

    Thank you for your answer! Hopefully in the next versions of the JetPack will have more opportunities to customize the comments.
    The plugin is great!
