Comments layout changed after upgrade to 3.4.2

All of a sudden there is this strange layout of the comments under my posts. What can I do to resolve it?

Here is a link to my site, as you can see there is one comment that is hardly recognizable as a separate comment, as if it was put into the header of the commentbox.
