Comments Link in Post list

My site uses Disqus for its commenting system. We do not, however, use the plugin so there is no synchronization of the WP comments and Disqus, rather Disqus is hard-coded into our theme.

To get comment counts, we thusl have to append the comments link with #disqus_thread rather than the WP default of #comments

I’m trying to understand where this portion of Ajax Load More is happening. Where can I edit the code to correctly append the link? Is ALM utilizing a native WP function for this or is it hard coded into the plugin?
