Comments Links?

I have just stumbled across this plugin, and it looks really good for half of what I’m looking for! In other words, it provides the ability to provide a link to a specific paragraph. Thanks!
The other half I’d like is to be able to attach comments to each paragraph, so that when a user follows the link to a comment, the page scrolls straight to the relevant paragraph.
Have you any ideas as to how this might be done?
