Comments not allowed, but "Leave Comment" still appears

    Im using twenty ten and i notice that when I uncheck the ability to leave a comment on a certain post, that the link “Leave Comment” still appears. When its clicked on, there is no actual option to leave the comment. Isnt this supposed to disappear?

    i am unable to post a link to the site here, i know it helps to have a link but i cant, any idea?
