Comments not being stored in fields

Hi,

We are using this pluggin to track our salesteam performance and how do they answer leads.

The Status is recorded when we change it, but the comment is not stored. So, if a salesman reports on his leads I am able as a manager to review leads status, but no comments are displayed.

The comments are text, regular plain text. The only weird charatec they input is dates (29/06/18) to keep track of theis contact history. But nothing else.

I have tried myself adding data to the comment field, plain text simple words, and nothing.

Any hints?
