Comments Not Converting Line Breaks

When someone comments on my blog, I see all the line breaks in the comments under the Comments section. However, on my actual blog the line breaks don’t convert. It’s just a big jumble of text.

Any way to get these line breaks to show? Maybe it has something to do with altering this:

<?php comment_text() ?>

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
