Comments not displayed on dashboard

Hello, I am using the 3.5.1-es_ES version. The comments are not being displayed on the dashboard and the comment notifications are not being received either. I have deactivated the child theme (quattro) and theme (genesis) as well as all the plugins and nothing has worked. I even installed twenty twelve and that didn’t work either. You can write your comment and submit it but the notifications do not go through. Can anyone assist us, please? Thank you in advance for your help!
