    Hello,

I’ve been searching all over for this one, but for some reason I’m not finding much luck as far as an answer goes.

I recently started using Jetpack comments and it appears to be working correctly, but I just realized today that that comments aren’t displaying.

    Here’s an example page — https://bmxunion.com/daily/red-bull-kaleidoscope/

There’s two comments on the post… One from a visitor and one from me testing to see what’s going on.

I’ve checked the code, updated my comments.php to the TwentyFifteen comments.php, flushed the cache, disabled plugins, moved the comment_form() code around to different parts of the page to see if that had an effect, checked all the settings to ensure that there is nothing preventing them from showing, etc..

    Any ideas?

    Thank you!

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Although Jetpack’s Comments module changes the aspect of your comment form, it doesn’t impact the comment list. That’s entirely controlled by your theme.

That said, your comment section appears in a very weird place in your theme; it’s displayed within the post content, instead of under it. I wonder if your theme does this on purpose, or if it’s a side effect of one of your plugins (maybe one of your ad management plugins, for example).

What happens when you switch to one of the default themes, like Twenty Fifteen? Do the comments start appearing, below the post content? If so, we’ll know the problem is caused by your theme. If the problem remains, you’ll need to deactivate each one of your plugins, one at a time, until you find the source the problem.

    I hope this helps.

P.S.: that’s a great video, thanks for using that post as your example ??
