• A few weeks ago, I started getting hammered with hundreds of spam comments per day. I had already installed Akismet and it was catching the flood, but browsing the catch for any wayward legitimate comments was too unwieldy. After reading up a little on this forum, I added Bad Behavior and Spam Karma 2 to my defenses. They are effective in keeping spam comments off the blog, but I still want to moderate legitimate comments.

Now, however, legitimate comments are all automatically approved and I don’t get the chance to moderate them before they’re posted. This did not happen before I added Bad Behavior and Spam Karma 2. I checked my settings for discussion and the settings are correct for moderated comments. I haven’t found any mention of how Bad Behavior or Spam Karma 2 might be adjusted to stop approving comments automatically when I want them held for moderation. Does anyone know how to accomplish this? Thanks.
