Comments not parsed with Markdown?

  • It would appear that comments are not parsed by markdown, though posts are successfully being parsed. Is this a setting I can’t find somewhere?

    Michel,
    I’m using the bundled version 1.0b4 and I just noticed that the backslash escape for asterisks didn’t work… is this something that has been fixed by the upgraded version or something that is wrong with what I’m trying to do??

    I just downloaded your latest version and installed it (and verified that it’s activated), but WP still isn’t using it for comments. Where would I look to discover the problem?

    jmsecc: This is a bug with WordPress that will be solved in version 1.3.
    dherren: I really don’t know. It work for me and seem to work for others. Double-check the version number on the “markdown.php” file.
