Comments not showing

Hi

I recently installed wordpress version 3.6. I have a comment but it’s not showing up on my page. I checked my discussion settings and all looks fine. The commenters pingback link is showing on my page but not the comment. Not sure if it’s supposed to be this way.

To see if maybe it’s a template problem I switched to the 2011 theme but that didn’t get the comment to show.

I checked and the file, comments.php, is in my theme folder. Also the code,
<?php comments_template( '', true ); ?> is present in my single.php file.
