Okay….
Solution 1:
Try to clear your browser’s cache, log-out then hard refresh (Ctrl + F5: windows; Cmd + R)…. login to check.
if it persists…. then

You may need to confirm from your database end if the ’26’ reactions are actually there.
From my findings, it is true that you have 26 reactions from the front-end of your website, but you need to login to your cpanel backend and look for the table’s content.
It ought to display the 26 reactions, but if it does not then try this:
=======2 (Warning!! This may remove or the reset all the reactions)
Uninstall the plugin,
Clear your cache
Log out
Login
Then re-install the plugin
….
There are other possible ways to troubleshoot, however try this first.
