Comments not working – please help!

Hi, I dont have a comments box showing on my wp blog and where you can click on ‘leave a message’ you get file not found. What is happening? Can I get the full html script for the related files and write them all over again? If yes from where?

Would be really grateful if anyone can help me resolve this issue.
