Comments notifications

Hi,

I am not technical so sorry for any stupid questions. At the moment I am using a plugin called “Client-portal” which creates a private user pager for my clients once they are created in the system. On their private page we should be able to communicate with eachother through the comment section. The client receives a email notification when I create a new comment and I receive a email notification when they reply to my comment. I am however not receiving any email notification when the client creates a new comment. Is it possible to make that happen with your plugin?
