“Comments Off” text

  • i have two instances of wordpress running two separate blogs (both v2.3) and for some reason, one of those blogs gets its comments turned off for older posts while the other doesn’t.

    also, when the comments get turned off, it displays “Comments Off” text which i can’t edit because i don’t know where or how this text gets inserted.

    does anyone have any idea how to get to this text?
