Comments on most recent post disappear

  • This is for a client’s website: charlottemorganti.com/blog. It’s hosted on Bluehost and is using Themify’s Elemin theme.

    The client has reported sporadic disappearance of the comments section (including both old comments and the ability to post new comments) on the most recent post only. Comments on all other posts are working. It only happens from time to time and it’s only the most recent post.

    I’m not able to reproduce this on any browser, even if she contacts me within a few minutes of the glitch appearing. The client uses Safari, if that helps.

    This is a new one for me…any ideas?
