Comments on pages

I have a custom page that changes the content by paramtre (?id=x)

I tried to set the <?php comments_template()?> but the comments go to the page itself and wont even show anywhere else, when I was expecting them to show in every page. but what I really wanted was making comments to every page depending on the id that it gets.
