As I can see at:

this seems to be your only post. It is created automatically by WordPress on installation. Delete this post and you should be fine.

If you are planning on using posts in the future you can install a plugin like this to disable comments on your site:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/disable-comments-rb/

Also if you don’t want your posts and other website data publically visible as I mentioned above you should install the plugin Disable REST Api

thank i havent installed this plugin to any of the websites i have created with wordpress and i never receive comments to my other websites. i do not understand why asteriongrowth.com receives these comments. if u visit the website you will see there is no section to add comments

You have to login on wp-admin, click on posts in the left menu, select the post Hello World and move it to trash.
After that you can delete it permanently.
