Comments page & Post Page Interfering

I have a problem with the templates and i was wondering if anyone could assist?

well i have a comments page and a regular post page… but they are in the same template and i was wondering how i can split them?

for example if you check my site: https://www.dateunknown.com

and click comments.. that template is perfect.

but if you click the title of the post on the main page.. or https://www.dateunknown.com/nick-meets-mary

it’s the same template as the comments…

any help would be gladly be appreciated.. i also want to thank everyone who has helped with previous posts i posted on the forum so far!
