Comments post regardless of admin settings

    In the Site Admin / Options / General page I have checked on the option “Users must be registered and logged in to comment.” This isn’t working as expected because anonymous users can leave comments.

    Any ideas why this setting isn’t working?

    I’m running WP 2.02.
