    Can you test this with the default WordPress theme and see if this is a theme related issue please?

    Thanks for your quick reply. I have activated default theme. Still problem persists. I think it is not the problem with theme, because Reply link in dashboard is not working.

    I have solved it my self. I have disabled pluginn one after one. I found that due to one plugin I was getting this issue. I have deleted the plugin, my issue was solved.
