Comments reply stoped working

I’m sorry to hear you’ve run into issues.

Could you try switching to one of the default themes, like Twenty Fifteen, for a few minutes, and let me know if the problem persists?

I’ve switched to Twenty Fifteen but it didn’t solve the problem.

Could you let me know if you use any other anti-spam / comment plugins on your site?

I’m using only Aksimet for anti-spam and no other comment plugins.

Could you let me know if the behaviour is exactly the same when using Twenty Fifteen? We currently know of one bug that causes the page to reload whenever you click on the Reply button, but the replies are actually possible. Is that what happens when you switch to Twenty Fifteen, or does it not even reload the page, like with your current theme?

Yes it’s behaving the same on Tweny Fifteen. It doesn’t reload page. When I click reply then page is scroll down a little bit and that’s it.

That’s weird. I’m not exactly why I can’t reproduce, especially since you’re not using any plugins that may affect the comment form.

Could you try to apply the patch described here, and let me know if it helps?

after new update comments reply again stoped working.

The patch wasn’t included in 3.9.2, so you’ll need to apply the change manually again. Sorry about that. We didn’t get around to review the patch and test it for this release, but it’s on our list for 3.9.3!

Looking at your page source, the patch doesn’t appear to be applied.

However, it is included for Jetpack 3.9.3 which should be released in the next week or so – you can wait for that release or you can use our Beta plugin to run the latest Beta, which will have this fix. You can read more about the Beta and download the Beta addition here:
