Comments showing "-1 comment" on articles

    Hello people,

    I did not find about this any other threads, so here it goes:

    for some reason on our site (www.toriparkki.net) there is a lot of articles that show “-1 comment”. Our theme is Imbalance 2.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    and thanks for your reply. ??

    Your hints are exactly something I should have notice to do by myself. The thing is, when I went to the site again and went through some articles that showed the -1 comment, they are seem to be working just fine for some reason.

    There’s some kind of weird hoo-doo going on obviously. ??

    Thanks anyways, I will try your tips if the thing decides to make a comeback.
