• Resolved The Painted Hive

    (@the-painted-hive)

Just published a new post and realised that in Chrome all of the comment links aren’t working. Seems fine in IE, Firefox and Safari. At the top of the post it shows the number of comments though when you click it nothing happens. Also, in the post when you scroll to the comments section none are shown. Any idea what might have happened here?

  • Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Thirteen theme with all plugins deactivated?

Thanks for the quick response ??
Hmmm, that sounds like a bit of work and it’s after midnight here. This is my site: The Painted Hive.
Out of curiosity, do you see the same problem?
    Thanks.

I don’t use Chrome. However, this is commonly a theme or plugin issue. I did not that your site’s front page has over 180 validation errors – which won’t help. See Validating_a_Website.

Hmmm, I’m not a developer so have no idea about validation. Will check it out. This is just a strange error because it seems only to be affecting the new post and I’ve not changed anything else. Thanks.

    Suddenly started working again. Thanks.
