Comments system not posting (New Zeland admin)

Hello all,

I have tested the wp comments and have no issue my self.

But my client who lives in New Zealand can’t comment while logged in to wp. No matter which account she is logged into. but can comment when logged out.

We tested issue with multi browsers and same results. any ideas what may be causing the issue?

Is wp ip blocking?

When she hits submit / reply it reloads page but no comment

any help here would be nice. Thanks.
