Comments take forever to refresh

  • When I(or anyone) leave a comment on my site and click submit it takes minutes for the site to reload with the refreshed page. If I just click submit and then refresh it will show the comment posted. What could be causing this? I am going to attempt to remove plugins to see if one of them is causing this, but I’m not sure what else to do. I saw a few people with similar problems here but no real answers…

    I disabled WP AJAX Edit Comments and that seems to have helped. Its still not super fast but its much better. I was using and older version, so maybe I’ll try the newer version and see if its any better
