Comments thread within a team – for task

    Hi there,

    I’d like to know if when the manager creates a task for a team, and this task appears on user board. The user can reply with comments when is finished? On the app there is a conversation feed, but cant see the comments for tasks on website within a project. Is it on free version or just pro?

    The user can reply with comments and there is a discussion panel on the task page when scrolling to the bottom of the task on the single task page as shown in this screenshot:

    Hello, thanks for the answer. The fact is that I have set up a frontend page with Elementor + shortcode from Zephyr. The users do not have access to the WordPress backend panel as you show me in the screenshot. I attached the image of the page that they see. Displaying firstly the task. And if you click it, you can not add a comment. Do I have to let users access to backend to allow them comment task?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the response.

    It is not currently possible to comment via the shortcodes and I would suggest the Pro version with the frontend project manager which allows commenting and all the other functionality.

    However, if you would prefer to add comment functionality to the shortcode tasks, please do let me know and I would be happy to add this for you?

    Thanks for answering. Ok, right now I am analysing with the client to buy the pro version. Just one question, does the customization of adding the function of commenting to shortcode task have a cost?
