% Comments translation

Hi,
I’m using Disqus Plugin in Polish language (I set up language in Disqus settings), but there is still one important phrase, which isn’t transtrated. Could you please help me, where I can translate/replace “% Comments” phrase which was replaced the default function of comment system?

You can find this phrase on my website: https://onsearch.pl – it is present on every header of posts.

for example:
