Comments waiting for Moderation?

  • Can anyone explain how to remove the comments waiting for moderation ?
    I mean to hide the message and also the comments !
    because when i comment the post ,That comments message is display below the post with Comments waiting for moderation .
    I need to know how to show
    Only the approved comments display in the post ?
