Plugin/Comments won’t load on PAGES

  • Hi there,

    I like the plugin and it’s been working fine so far on articles/posts that are published on our website, however, we’ve recently tried to allow/enable comments on a few pages as well but it doesn’t work on pages.

    I’ve selected the “Allow Comments” feature in WordPress on the pages I would like to allow comments on but it does not work. The Disqus plugin doesn’t show up on the pages (or any pages, for that matter) I’ve enabled it for.

    Can you please provide some assistance/suggestions on how to fix this?

    The site’s version is WordPress 4.9.13
    The Disqus plugin is version 3.0.17
