Comments/Rating System Not Working

    I recently installed the plugin and am using the slideshow feature on one of my pages. I would like to use the comment/rating system, but it does not seem to be working. For commenting, you enter your comment in the box under the picture, hit send, the little wheel spins and nothing happens. If you check the comment section in the dashboard, it shows no comments have been submitted. Likewise, for ratings when you click the appropriate star, it glows and turns into a check mark, but nothing happens afterwards. The rating is not stored.

    Is there a solution to this problem?

    I am using the Lensa theme.

    You have internal server errors during ajax operations.

    The file
    https://outsiderseries.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-album-plus/wppa-ajax-front.php
    is not readable. Make sure you do not have any ‘security’ plugin or setting that prevents http access to files within plugin folders.

    You can switch Table IV-A1.1 off, but in that case
    https://outsiderseries.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
    must be accessable by http. It looks like that is going to work if you do not make wp-admin/ unaccessable in the future!
